Terms of Service

Last updated: July 22, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and RaidOps (“RaidOps”, “we”, “us”). By signing in or using raidops.io and its subdomains (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to enter into these Terms where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. You also need a valid Battle.net account in good standing to sign in.

2. Your Account

You sign in with your Battle.net account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your session and for keeping your Battle.net credentials secure. Contact us at support@raidops.io if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. The Service and Third-Party Data

RaidOps is a raid operations console for World of Warcraft guilds. It aggregates data from third-party services, including Warcraft Logs, the Battle.net API, WowAudit, Raider.IO, and Discord. Those services have their own terms, and your use of data that originates from them remains subject to those terms. We do not control third-party data and cannot promise it is accurate, complete, or timely.

RaidOps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, Warcraft Logs, WowAudit, Raider.IO, or Discord.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • RaidOps offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers. Current prices and what each tier includes are shown on the pricing section of our home page.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
  • You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for partial billing periods. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you have under the laws of the place you live that cannot be waived.
  • If we change a price, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice, and the change takes effect at your next renewal.
  • If your subscription lapses or you downgrade, your guild’s data is kept, and features above your new tier lock until you upgrade again.

5. Your Content

“Your Content” means the material you or your guild submit to the Service, such as combat log files, notes, messages, loot decisions, recruiting applications, and configuration. You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display it as needed to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for Your Content. You promise that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it does not break any law or anyone else’s rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Guilds, Roles, and Shared Data

A guild on RaidOps is a shared workspace. Guild leadership controls guild-level data and settings through rank-based permissions. By joining a guild on the Service, you share your character and performance data with that guild according to its permission settings. Leaving a guild, or being removed from it, changes what its members can see about you under those same rules. Deleting a guild deletes the data stored for it.

7. API Keys You Provide

Guilds may supply their own API keys for certain integrations, such as AI providers and WowAudit. We store these keys encrypted and use them only to make requests on your guild’s behalf. Your use of those integrations is subject to the relevant provider’s terms, and any costs the provider charges for your key are yours.

8. AI Features

Parts of the Service generate analysis using AI models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. It is provided for information only. Decisions your guild makes based on it, including loot and roster decisions, are yours.

9. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • use it for anything unlawful, or submit content that is infringing, hateful, or harassing;
  • attempt to access accounts, guilds, or data you are not authorized to access;
  • scrape the Service or extract data in bulk outside the features we provide;
  • circumvent rate limits, tier limits, or other technical restrictions;
  • resell access to the Service or misrepresent your affiliation with it;
  • interfere with the operation of the Service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows this despite these Terms.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and can ask us to delete your account by emailing support@raidops.io. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially break these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal risk for us. Where reasonable, we will give you notice first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 5, 12, 13, and 14) survive.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data shown (much of which comes from games and third-party services) will be correct.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RaidOps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or 50 US dollars. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold RaidOps harmless from claims and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may change or discontinue parts of the Service. We may also update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give notice on the site or by other reasonable means before it takes effect. Using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction. You may bring qualifying claims in small claims court instead. Nothing in this section deprives you of consumer protections you are entitled to under the laws of the place you live.
