Recent updates to RaidOps.

Season 2 parse syncs

  • FixedSeason 2 parses and progress were missing for every recruit and roster member. Warcraft Logs put the live raid in a different zone than the one the season rollover was set up against (the earlier zone only ever held pre-release data, and The Tidebound Grotto is filed under The Venomous Abyss zone now), so every rankings sync since launch found nothing. The site now reads the live zone and boss IDs. Run a sync on a recruit, or wait for the next scheduled roster sync, to fill the Parse and Prog columns in.
  • FixedThe AI recruit review counted only the bosses a recruit had logged when it described their progress, so someone with seven Heroic kills read as "7/7" and a full clear. Current-tier progress now uses the raid's real boss count, split per raid (6/8 Heroic in The Venomous Abyss, 1/1 in The Tidebound Grotto), and older tiers are described as kills across logged bosses rather than a made-up fraction. Existing reviews keep their old text until re-run.

Loot council award counts

  • NewA Gear column on the loot council. For each candidate it shows the item level and estimated upgrade track of what they wear in the drop's slot (the lower of their two rings or trinkets, or the lowest of the five tier slots for a token) next to the drop's item level and track, with the item level gained as a tag. Sort by it when you want to hand out item level upgrades rather than sim percentages. Gear comes from the Battle.net roster sync, so it is as fresh as the last sync; hover the cell for the slot, the item's source and the sync date. Track is estimated from item level, since neither Battle.net nor WowAudit reports the exact track.
  • NewHover the Awarded Loot counts on the loot council to see what was actually won. Each difficulty chip (2M, 1H, 1N) lists that difficulty's items with slot and award date, newest first, and hovering an item name shows its Wowhead tooltip with the exact track and bonuses. Long lists scroll inside the tooltip.
  • ChangedThe loot council's Awarded Loot column no longer counts Bonus Loot. An item from a bonus-roll token is personal loot, not a council decision, so it should not weigh against a raider.
  • FixedThe loot council's Awarded Loot column counted items nobody was actually awarded. Entries discarded in WowAudit, unresolved "candidate is selecting response" rows, personal loot marked non-tradeable and Off-Spec picks (WowAudit spells it with a hyphen, so the old filter missed it) were all tallied as main-spec awards, so a raider with no loot this tier could show an award and others ran one or two high. The count now respects WowAudit's discarded flag, its excluded response types and each custom response's base category.

Season 2 day-two fixes

  • FixedImporting a report failed with "Something went wrong on our end" when Warcraft Logs had no ranking for one of its kills. Warcraft Logs marks a fight it cannot rank with a dash instead of a parse number (a previous season's raid after rollover, or a fresh upload whose rankings are still being computed), and the importer choked on it. Those fights now import cleanly and simply show no parse. If a report failed this way, re-select it in Bulk Import or import it again.
  • FixedThe loot council's Awarded Loot column went empty for everyone after WowAudit changed the shape of its season data at the Season 2 rollover. The loot history request was going out with no season and failing quietly, so every candidate showed a dash even with awards recorded in WowAudit. The season is now read from the new shape (with the old one still supported), and awarded counts show again.

Loot council season awareness

  • FixedAfter the Season 2 rollover, loot rankings kept computing DPS/HPS averages and the 3-log average from Season 1 reports until new logs happened to be imported. The report window is now scoped to the current tier's raids, and the Boss Value tab no longer serves numbers cached from a previous season. With no current-season reports imported yet, the page says so instead of quietly ranking on old data.
  • ChangedThe Awarded Loot column now always shows counts split by difficulty (for example "2M 1H 1N"), whatever difficulty you are handing out. At a season start, Heroic and Normal awards matter for Mythic decisions too. The loot settings toggle now controls only how the column sorts: by the selected difficulty's count, or by the season total.
  • NewA warning on the loot rankings when the newest imported report is not from today, so a council running during a raid night can tell tonight's log has not been imported yet.
  • NewTier tokens now show each candidate's equipped tier-piece count, with a highlight when the token would complete their 2-piece or 4-piece set bonus. A player sitting at 1 or 3 pieces gets far more from a token than the raw upgrade percent suggests. Counts come from the Battle.net gear sync, restricted to the current tier's sets so leftover last-season pieces don't inflate the number.

Fresher Mythic+ score graphs

  • FixedThe Mythic+ score chart and sparklines on your dashboard ran up to a day behind, waiting on the next daily capture even when a fresher score had already synced. The graphs now end at your latest synced Raider.IO score, so today's climb shows up today. Raider.IO score syncs also run hourly on the highest plan.
  • FixedMythic+ scores are now season-aware. After a season rollover, Raider.IO could keep reporting last season's score for hours or days and the graphs plotted straight across the boundary. Score syncs now pin the exact season, a response carrying only an old season is ignored instead of stored, and every score graph, weekly mover and digest comparison starts at the season boundary instead of reaching back into last season.

Midnight Season 2

  • ChangedRaidOps now tracks Midnight Season 2. The current tier is The Venomous Abyss (8 bosses, in kill order) plus The Tidebound Grotto lair, and every surface follows: dashboards, loot, the raid planner, recruiting, public guild pages and the Discord bot. Season 1 raids moved to the Previous Tiers side, and Season 1 history, loot records and Guild Wrapped recaps are all kept.
  • ChangedGreat Vault projections use the Season 2 reward tables, including this season's change where a raid vault slot rewards one difficulty higher than the run that earned it (a Heroic clear now offers a Myth-track item), and Mythic+ vault rewards cap at +10 keys.

Sharper Discord link previews

  • FixedA polish pass on the Discord link preview cards. The season or realm label in the top corner was nearly invisible against bright raid artwork and is now clearly readable, the guild crest no longer touches the guild name, the Guild Wrapped subtitle reads "Season recap" instead of repeating the season name, a long boss name on an analysis preview no longer wraps its difficulty letter onto its own line, an analysis spanning several raid nights shows the full date range instead of only the oldest night, and the site-wide fallback card no longer cuts off its last line. Discord caches previews per link, so an already-posted link keeps its old card until posted fresh.

EU Battle.net support

  • NewSign-in now asks which Battle.net region you play in, US or EU. Your pick is saved on your account, so guild discovery, roster syncs and character linking all look in your region instead of the site default. EU players who saw an empty guild picker will now find their guilds.
  • ChangedYou can switch region later under Account settings. The characters you already have are kept, and we simply look for your characters in the new region as well.
  • ChangedClaiming a custom address, a public profile URL or an apply link now suggests a name that is actually free. Guilds sharing a name are offered their server (and region) as a suffix instead of fighting over the same word, and when the short name is still available you can take it in one click. Custom addresses can now run to 32 characters. Names you already claimed keep working exactly as they are.

Raid signups grow up: night pages, series, locks and trials

  • NewEvery raid night now has its own page: who accepted by role and spec, who is tentative, late or declined, who has not replied, your own reply controls with an optional note, and officer tools to set anyone's status, reschedule or cancel the night, or edit a whole recurring series at once. Reach it from the signup matrix, your signups list, the Manage tab, or a past night.
  • NewTrial recruits can be given site access before they join the guild in game. A new checkbox under Settings > Permissions grants anyone whose application sits at trial status the visibility of a rank you choose. They show up in their guild picker with a Trial badge and can sign up for raids once their Discord is linked, and moving the application off trial takes the access away again.
  • NewSignups can now close ahead of the raid: set a lock window in hours and both the site and the Discord buttons stop taking replies once it passes, with officers still able to set anyone's status. Events can also be scoped to a single team.
  • ChangedSignup reminders got smarter. A rank floor and team scoping decide who gets the DM, an optional channel ping names everyone still missing, and officers can get a summary of role counts and non-responders in their own channel before the raid. Nights close themselves once they are over, and officers see a "not in logs" marker on a past night for anyone who accepted but appears in none of that night's imported reports.

Ready for Midnight Season 2

  • ChangedSeason rollover prep: raid boss lists, season dates, and Raider.IO slug are now editable in Super Admin, ready for Midnight Season 2.

Guild Wrapped round four: pause button, headlines everywhere

  • ChangedThe recap story gained a visible pause button at the bottom of the screen, slides hold about a third longer, and every slide now leads with a big headline: Best Parse per Boss counts its 90+ parses, Mythic Plus brags the top score, attendance names its leader, and the outro signs off properly.
  • ChangedThe Mythic+ score chart now races the same people the role cards name instead of the overall top five, each line's tooltip says the role, runner-up cards read Second Highest, and runner-up names wear their class colors on the season cards.
  • ChangedThe story's prog race chart now runs to the tier's full boss count and the season's last logged night, matching the grid below it, and the deadliest-mechanic slide says out loud that its footnote counts deaths across every mechanic.
  • NewA Most Avoidable Damage highlight: the two raiders who took the most classified avoidable damage across the season. It appears the next time a Wrapped is regenerated.
  • ChangedThe Parse Leaders board now says once at the top that averages count each raider's main role only, instead of repeating it under every name.

Avoidable damage detection covers the whole tier

  • ChangedAvoidable-damage detection now covers every current-tier boss. Crown of the Cosmos, Belo'ren, Midnight Falls and Rotmire had no avoidable mechanics classified, so deaths to things like Bursting Emptiness, Voidlight Rupture, Heaven's Glaives or the Darkwell were never flagged on the deaths board or in coaching. Intended soaks and raid-wide damage from failed group mechanics stay unflagged, so a flag still means someone stood in something they could have left.

Analysis charts follow what you played on each pull

  • FixedThe shared analysis view sorted players into the DPS and HPS charts by their usual spec, so a healer who swapped to damage for a pull still had that pull counted under healing. Each pull is now charted by what was actually played on it: heal pulls land in the HPS chart, damage pulls in the DPS chart. Analyses saved before this fix keep the old grouping until re-created.

Guild Wrapped feedback round: better charts, honest highlights

  • NewA new Mythic parses only option when generating a Wrapped: pulls, kills, deaths and raid nights still count every difficulty, but every parse stat (top parses, parse leaders, the averages, personal cards) is scored from Mythic fights alone, so a late Heroic reclear cannot inflate the boards.
  • NewBosses you pulled but never killed now show up in the recap: the tier timeline lists them with their pull and night counts, and the AI summary can tell that story too. Two nights of Midnight Falls attempts are part of the season, even without a kill.
  • ChangedThe raid-nights chart gained a kills line on its own right-hand axis, and its date labels now sit at an angle so the last night is never cut off. The progression chart's boss count now runs to the tier's full roster (10 this season) and its dates run to your last logged night instead of stopping at the last first-kill. The recap header now spans first log to last log.
  • ChangedHighlights now show the top parse for each role instead of one overall card, Most Deaths is labeled for what it counts (pre-wipe deaths), and Cleanest is picked by death rate rather than raw deaths, so 6 deaths in 9 pulls no longer beats 20 deaths in 200. Parse numbers across the recap wear the same WCL tier colors as the dashboard, difficulty tags match the chart colors, the Mythic+ cards show each role's top two, and mechanic names link to Wowhead tooltips.
  • NewShareable Wrapped links got prettier: a guild with a subdomain can now share yourguild.raidops.io/wrapped/midnight-season-1 instead of a random id. The copy button, the open link, and the Discord post all use the new form; every old link keeps working.
  • ChangedMythic+ scores in the recap now wear the official Raider.IO tier colors, the boss pull-count bars show each boss once at its highest difficulty, ability tooltips lost their inline icons (and the bogus link on Melee deaths), the story background blur is softer, and the pretty share link's Discord preview shows the season card again instead of a plain fallback.

Raid nights on the right day, difficulty colors that match

  • FixedRaids that run past midnight UTC were dated a day late: a June 4th raid night was titled June 5th on the reports page and in Guild Wrapped. Report titles, Wrapped raid nights, kill dates and the recap window now use your guild's timezone (from Settings, Discord), so the night you raided is the date you see. Already-imported reports keep their old title until re-imported.
  • ChangedGuild Wrapped's progression chart now uses the same difficulty colors as the dashboard: gold for Mythic, orange for Heroic, blue for Normal. A difficulty reads as one color everywhere.

Guild Wrapped: fairer rosters, boss order, per-difficulty milestones

  • FixedGuild Wrapped left every applicant out of the guild's own recap. Anyone on your roster, and any applicant you have not declined, now counts: an accepted trial's parses, deaths, attendance and Mythic+ score show up where they belong. Only declined applicants are left out.
  • ChangedGuild Wrapped now lists bosses in raid order rather than the order they happened to die in, and the tier timeline has a section per difficulty. A boss you killed on Heroic and then again on Mythic gets a milestone for each, and the pull count under each one counts only that difficulty's pulls. Best Parse per Boss shows your best parse on the hardest version of each boss you killed, and the progression chart draws one line per difficulty.
  • FixedThe AI season recap could write a number that was nowhere in your stats (one recap fused a mechanic's name with the guild's total death count). Every number in the paragraph is now checked against the recap's own data, and a recap that still gets one wrong is dropped rather than published.
  • ChangedThe Guild Wrapped story now plays over blurred raid artwork from Battle.net, a different background per slide, with much larger type and visible back and forward buttons at the edges of the screen. Clicking through quickly no longer leaves several progress bars filling at once.

Signup reminder DMs are opt-in

  • ChangedThe Discord bot no longer DMs raiders about missing signups until you switch it on. Settings > Discord gained a Signup reminder DMs toggle under Raid schedule and reminders, and it starts off for every guild. Reminder lead time still decides how far ahead those DMs go out once you enable them.

Guild Wrapped counts people, not characters

  • ChangedGuild Wrapped recaps got smarter stats. Raiders are counted per person now, so someone's alts fold into their main instead of showing up as extra raiders. Parses keep the decimals they were logged with, you can pick a difficulty when you generate a recap, and Mythic+ highlights are listed per role.
  • NewGuild Wrapped now shows a deadliest-mechanic stat for what killed the raid most, and every existing recap has a Regenerate button that refreshes its numbers on the same share link.
  • NewSign in and a public Guild Wrapped shows your own season next to the guild's: your pulls, kills, deaths, best parse, your average parse in your main role, the mechanic that got you most, and your Mythic+ score. It appears as a card on the page and as a slide in the story. Only members of that guild see it, only their own numbers, and everyone else sees the recap exactly as before.
  • NewA public Guild Wrapped link now opens as a full-screen story that plays itself, one slide at a time, with progress bars across the top. Tap or use the arrow keys to move between slides, hold or press Space to pause, Escape to close. It plays once per visit and a Play recap button brings it back. Slides with nothing to show are skipped, and it never starts on its own if your device asks for reduced motion.
  • ChangedThe public Guild Wrapped page got a visual overhaul: season-pulse and progression-race charts, pulls-to-kill and deadliest-mechanic breakdowns, best parse per boss, per-role Mythic+ highlights with a score-race chart, and per-role average parse tiles.

No reply no longer counts as absent

  • ChangedNot replying to a raid signup is no longer treated as an absence. The one-click shortcut on the signup matrix that marked everyone without a reply as Absent is gone, so nobody lands on the Upcoming absences board just because they have not answered yet. Marking yourself absent on a signup still puts you on the absences board, and marking time away still declines your signups, on both the site and Discord.
  • ChangedThe Discord absences board now lists absent raiders as proper @mentions instead of plain name text, so it's clear exactly who is out. Mentions inside the board post don't ping or notify anyone.

The Discord assistant can see your raid nights again

  • FixedThe Discord officer assistant kept answering that it had no per-night or per-fight data, when the data was there the whole time. On any guild using an Anthropic key, the step that picks which of your data to load was failing on every single question, and the assistant fell back to the roster snapshot on its own. That is why it could not tell you anything about a raid night. Raid night detail, parses, deaths and interrupts are back in its answers.
  • NewThe Discord officer assistant now reads a Warcraft Logs link. Paste a report link with your question and it answers about that night, and it says which report it read. If that report was never imported into RaidOps it tells you so, instead of quietly answering about a different night.
  • FixedAsking the Discord assistant about a raid night gave you the pull count and kill count and nothing else, with an offer to go and check for boss-by-boss detail that it could not act on. It now loads the night summary and the full night together, so parses, deaths and interrupts come back in the first answer. The date in your question is also read directly now, so asking about 7/22 cannot come back with 7/23.
  • FixedThe assistant kept bringing up the same raiders unprompted to say a claim about them was unconfirmed. It was reading the recent channel chat on every question and reporting on a remark nobody had asked about, which turned one offhand comment into a standing accusation. It now leaves claims about people out of its answers entirely unless you ask about them. Nothing about it was ever stored.

Guild Rank chart follows one raid

  • FixedThe Guild Rank card's 90-day chart mixed raids together. It plotted every rank on file for the window, so after a new raid launched it drew last raid's ranks and this one's as a single line. It now follows the current raid only, and an unranked day is left as a gap instead of being plotted as rank 0, which the reversed chart drew as your best result ever.

Guild page ranks now say which rank they are

  • FixedThe Mythic+ panel on your public guild page was showing your raid rank under a Mythic+ heading. Raider.IO does not publish a guild-level Mythic+ ranking, so those numbers were always raid ranks. The panel is now called Standing, the two rank stats say Raid Rank, and your top roster Mythic+ scores sit under their own Top Mythic+ heading. Nothing new is shown and the same privacy toggle still controls it.
  • FixedThe rank trend arrow on your guild page compared this raid's rank against the oldest rank on file, which after a new raid launched meant comparing two different raids. It now only looks at the current raid. An unranked guild also no longer shows as rank 0.

Raid-night answers now say why someone died

  • NewAsk the Discord officer assistant about a raid night and it now tells you why someone died, not just that they did: the damage they took and healing they got in the seconds before dying, and how far past zero the killing blow went. That separates getting one-shot by a mechanic from being chipped down and never healed. It also lists interrupts landed per player. Anyone with no landed interrupt simply is not listed, because not appearing is not evidence they missed a kick and many specs cannot kick at all. Nights imported before this shipped keep the old detail until you re-import them.

Better link previews in Discord

  • ChangedLinks to your guild page and apply pages now get proper previews in Discord: your guild crest, current progression, and a coloured stripe matching your page theme.
  • NewShared analysis links now preview with which bosses the night covered, how many pulls each took, and which ones died. Guild Wrapped links now preview with your guild crest and the season's headline numbers. All of these used to preview as the generic RaidOps advert.
  • FixedThe site described AI analysis as running on every pull. It runs on the analyses you ask for, and the wording now says so.

Officer assistant can answer about a specific raid night

  • NewAsk the Discord officer assistant about last night or a specific date and it now pulls that night out of your imported logs: who was actually in them, each raider parse per boss, and every pull with the order people died in, the time on the pull, and what killed them. If a night was never imported it says exactly that, which is a different answer from having no data on your raiders.

Officer assistant stops treating chat as evidence

  • FixedThe Discord officer assistant no longer treats channel chat as evidence about people. It now knows the current date and how long ago each message was sent, so old banter stops getting attached to a specific raid night. A claim made in chat about a named raider is now something it checks against your data instead of repeating it as a finding, it never reports who said something about a third party, and it will not store a claim about a named person into its durable memory.

AI insights fix for Anthropic keys

  • FixedAI insights on report analysis generate again for guilds using an Anthropic key. The token budget left no room for the model's own reasoning, so its answer was cut off partway and discarded. Re-run the analysis to get insights. The same fix covers the weekly digest, coaching tips, recruit evaluations, and night summaries on Anthropic keys.

Officer assistant voice and rate-limit polish

  • ChangedThe assistant's three voices now read as genuinely different people, and it steers clear of the stock AI vocabulary (delve, leverage, robust) that made answers sound machine-written.
  • ChangedWhen your AI provider starts rate limiting, the assistant now announces it once in the officer channel and sits out for about two hours, instead of going quiet with no explanation.

Officer assistant can speak up on its own

  • NewOptional: let the officer assistant answer questions in your officer channel without being mentioned. Turn it on with /setup assistant eager:true. It is off for every guild by default, it only answers questions your own roster, vault, signup and recruit data can settle, and it will not speak up twice in a row until someone talks to it again.

Officer assistant remembers

  • NewThe officer assistant now keeps durable notes about how your guild operates, picked up from officer conversations. Every time it stores something it says so in the officer channel, so you always see what it kept. Use /officer memory list to review and /officer memory forget to delete.
  • NewMemory is limited to guild operations: roster, strategy, schedule, recruiting, loot and preferences. Anything touching a person's health, job, money or personal life is refused outright, even if someone asks for it.

Officer assistant: season prep and notes

  • New/officer prep gives you a season readiness list per raider: missing enchants and empty sockets, tier pieces, vault progress, item level, Mythic+ score, and attendance when we have it. Worst first, and only you see it.
  • NewThe officer assistant can now read curated season notes (patch changes, boss tips, meta shifts) so it stops guessing about the current tier. Add your own guild notes with /setup assistant-notes.
  • Changed/officer status now shows today's real answer and error counts, and the assistant goes quiet for a few minutes on its own if your AI provider starts rate limiting instead of hammering it.

Discord officer assistant (beta)

  • NewDiscord officer assistant (beta): mention the bot in your officer channel to ask questions about your roster, vault, signups and recruits, or use /officer ask anywhere for a private answer. Enable with /setup assistant.

Shared API budget strip in Super Admin

  • NewSuper Admin → API Usage gained a per-provider budget strip for Warcraft Logs, Battle.net, and Raider.IO. It shows the shared budget every server process reads before a big fetch, so you can see at a glance whether a shared key is paused (backing off) or running hot, plus the busiest guilds by Warcraft Logs points this hour.

Queue an import when Warcraft Logs is out of budget

  • NewWhen Warcraft Logs is out of budget for the hour, importing a report now offers a "Queue this import" button instead of just failing. The import runs automatically once budget frees up, and you get a notification when it lands.

Dashboard Mythic+ and raid progress polish

  • ChangedYour dashboard's Mythic+ score now carries its Raider.IO tier color, with a neutral 14-day sparkline of your score sitting beside it.
  • FixedYour dashboard's Raider.IO score graphs now label each day correctly whatever your timezone (they could show the day before), and your alts build up their own score history too, not just your main.
  • ChangedYour dashboard's recent Mythic+ keys now show as dungeon-art tiles, newest on the right, with timed keys bright and depleted keys dimmed. Hover a tile for the dungeon name, score, and timer result, or click through to Raider.IO.
  • ChangedYour dashboard's raid progress now shows every current raid side by side, with a segment per boss colored by the hardest difficulty you have killed it on. Hover a segment for the boss name.

See when you ran each key

  • NewThe last-10 keys list on your dashboard Mythic+ card now tells you when you ran each key: hover a key to see how long ago it was completed. Only keys Raider.IO gives a timestamp for show the tooltip.

Quieter background work for idle guilds

  • ChangedGuilds that were never set up, or that go 30 days with nobody signing in, now pause their background syncs, digests, and scheduled posts instead of running forever. Signing back in wakes a paused guild and starts a catch-up sync shortly after. Super-admins can pause or re-enable any guild from Guild Management, which now flags a paying guild that has gone quiet.

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

  • NewRaidOps now has a Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy, linked from the footer on every page. They spell out how subscriptions and cancellation work, what data the site stores and where it comes from, and how to reach us.

Weekly digest v2: more data, now on Discord

  • NewThe weekly digest now surfaces the week's deaths (which abilities killed the most raiders, avoidable ones flagged), your pulls and kill rate versus last week, the biggest Mythic+ score gains from Raider.IO, and who is confirmed out next week, on top of the boss progress, top performers, attendance, and loot it already showed. Each section is optional and left out entirely when you have no data for it, never shown empty.
  • NewThe weekly digest can now post to Discord. Turn on Weekly Digest under Settings > Discord, pick a channel, and each week's digest is posted there after your region's raid reset.

Last 10 keys and a truer Great Vault

  • NewYour dashboard Mythic+ card now lists your last 10 keys, timed or not, each with its level and dungeon (say +12 AA timed, +14 BH depleted). Data from Raider.IO; the list only shows the keys Raider.IO has for you and never pads out to ten.
  • ChangedThe Great Vault Mythic+ slots now come from Raider.IO, which tracks every key you finish, rather than Battle.net (which only refreshes when you log out and can lag a whole week). Battle.net stays the fallback for anyone Raider.IO does not cover, and the exact vault from the WowAudit companion addon still wins when it is available. Runs are filtered to the current reset week either way, so your vault reads true.

Sidebar guild switcher and rank

  • ChangedThe sidebar got a refresh. The guild name at the top is now the switcher: click it to change guild, pick your team (when your guild has more than one), and see your guild tier, all from one dropdown. The bottom of the sidebar now shows your real guild rank instead of always reading "Member", and the navigation is regrouped by what you do on raid night: an Overview group, then Raid Night (signups, planner, loot, payouts), Performance, Roster, and Settings.

Public guild profiles: Mythic+ standing, kill feed, schedule, and prog pulse

  • NewPublic guild profiles (/g/your-guild) now show Mythic+ standing, recent boss kills, your raid schedule, and a progress pulse. Mythic+ standing lists your guild realm and region rank with a trend arrow plus your top roster scores in season colors, Recent Kills is a dated feed of current-tier boss kills, Raid Schedule shows your weekly days and times (no signups or names), and Progress Pulse shows which raid you are currently progressing and how many nights a week you raid. Every new section is opt-in under Settings > Public Profile and only appears when there is data for it.

Guild Wrapped v2: richer season recap

  • NewGuild Wrapped now covers a real date window (from your first logged raid of the tier to today) and gains new panels: an attendance board (your most-present raiders over the tier, with best streaks), a tier timeline of when each boss first fell and the pulls it took, a kill coverage board for who was in for the most boss kills, a Mythic+ season panel with your top score and biggest climb (when your guild syncs Raider.IO), and a deeper deaths breakdown that splits genuine pre-wipe deaths from post-wipe give-ups. Each panel only appears when your guild has the data behind it.

Raid Signups: the new signup matrix

  • ChangedThe Raid Signups page is rebuilt around a signup matrix: your roster down the side, the next raid nights across the top, and a cell for each showing who is Present, Absent, Tentative, Late, still to reply, or not linked to Discord. Each row shows that member's attendance over the last 60 days of nights, and each night's header shows its tank, healer, and dps counts.
  • NewOfficers can set a member's status straight from a matrix cell, or mark everyone who has not replied for a night as Absent in one click. The change flows through the same Discord signup post the bot manages, so the embed stays in sync.
  • NewSet your own status inline from the My signups tab, and use the new Past nights tab to see recent nights with their final counts and a link to any Warcraft Logs report from that date.

Discord settings redesign

  • ChangedDiscord settings got a redesign: one Save button, cleaner sections, and the same features in less clutter.

Recruit AI reviews: grounded gear readiness

  • NewRecruit AI reviews get a grounded Gear Readiness verdict again. It reads each recruit's equipped item level from Raider.IO (already synced when you add them) and judges whether their gear is on level for your content. Recruits with no Raider.IO gear data skip the gear line, and the review says gear could not be assessed rather than guessing.

Coaching tips focus on flagged players by default

  • ChangedCombat-log AI coaching tips now focus on flagged players by default: anyone who died, stood in avoidable damage, or fell below median output for their role. This keeps AI usage down on clean pulls. Players with no flags are listed in a quiet "no flags this run" state rather than disappearing, and a clean pull generates no tips at all.
  • NewNew setting (Settings, API & Sync, AI Coaching Tips): turn on "Coach every raider" to restore full coverage and generate tips for everyone in the pull, not just flagged players.

Site-wide footer

  • NewEvery page now has a footer with changelog access and credits for Warcraft Logs, WowAudit, and Raider.IO data.

Claim your characters from Account Settings

  • NewAccount Settings now shows your characters in the current guild. Claim a character the roster shows is yours and flag your main yourself, without asking an officer. Characters we can't confirm belong to you still route you to an officer.

AI session summary for a full raid night

  • NewThe report page can now generate an AI session summary for the whole night. Open a report's Night Overview and get an overall verdict, what went well, what cost pulls, and prioritized actions for next session, each tied to your bosses and players. It reads aggregated per-boss and per-player stats (kills, wipes, best pulls, deaths, top damage and healing, avoidable damage) rather than raw logs, and the summary is saved so re-opening the report does not spend tokens again. Regenerate any time.

Splits is now Payouts

  • ChangedSplits is now Payouts. Same feature, clearer name, and old links redirect to the new page. The page lives at /payouts, the Discord channel setting reads "Payouts channel", and the bot's posts say "Payout" instead of "Split".

Departed members lose their rank on sync

  • ChangedMembers who leave the guild in-game now lose their stored rank on the next roster sync. When a sync removes a member's last remaining guild character, their rank resets to the default, so a departed officer stops holding officer permissions even if they never sign in again.

Great Vault: no more phantom Mythic+ progress

  • FixedGreat Vault: inactive characters no longer show phantom Mythic+ vault progress from previous weeks. Battle.net keeps serving a logged-out character's last-active week of Mythic+ runs, which used to be counted every reset. Runs are now filtered to the current reset week, so an inactive raider reads as 0 runs instead of a frozen slot count.

Roster: correct class for Battle.net-only members

  • FixedRoster: members synced only from Battle.net now show their correct class instead of Unknown. The Battle.net guild roster gives a class id but no class name, so members who never signed in (not on the WowAudit roster, no logs) used to read as Unknown and show uncolored. They now resolve to their real class, and existing Unknown rows are corrected on the next roster sync.

Dashboard Mythic+ sparklines in Raider.IO tier colors

  • ChangedYour characters table's Mythic+ trend sparkline now uses your Raider.IO score tier color, matching the score badges elsewhere on the site. The item level sparkline stays neutral.

Faster guild selection

  • ChangedSelecting a guild is now noticeably faster. We dropped a slow per-character Battle.net lookup that ran on every pick and now reuse the character list already fetched for the guild picker, plus the rank the last roster sync recorded, so you land on your dashboard sooner. Your rank is still checked live whenever that recorded data is missing or stale, and a failed lookup never changes your rank.

Raid nights: time-away auto-decline, web character picker, 7-day window

  • NewMarking time away now declines you on the raid nights it covers. Setting a time-away date (or an officer setting one for you) answers any scheduled raid that night as declined, and the Discord signup counts update to match. Creating a raid on a night people are already away for declines them up front.
  • ChangedClearing a time-away date puts your signup back, and it only ever undoes the automatic declines, never a reply you made yourself. Replying Present always wins and clears the automatic decline for that night.
  • NewSigning up Present from the dashboard now asks which character you're bringing when you own more than one raid character, instead of assuming your main. Pick your character, then your spec (seeded from that character's class); an explicit pick from the site overrides a character you chose in Discord. With one raid character it still signs you up in a single click.
  • ChangedYour upcoming raid nights on the dashboard now show the next 7 days. The Raid Signups page groups events into Upcoming (next 7 days), Later (further out), and Past tabs, so bulk-scheduled far-future nights stay reachable without burying this week.

Combat logs paused, Splits renamed to Payouts

  • ChangedThe Combat Logs surface is paused while we finish some work on it. The sidebar entry is hidden for now and uploads are turned off. Your reports and rosters are unaffected, and nothing you uploaded has been deleted.
  • ChangedSplits is now called Payouts in the sidebar and on the page. It works exactly the same way; only the name changed.

Raider.IO polish: sync button, score colors, richer dashboard card

  • FixedThe Sync now button for Raider.IO scores in Settings now actually runs the sync. It used to report success without doing anything, so scores only refreshed on the next scheduled run.
  • ChangedMythic+ scores now stay readable in the light theme everywhere they appear: the roster, recruiting, your dashboard, and the guild leaderboard. The official season tier colors are darkened just enough for contrast on a light background, and unranked scores use the normal text color instead of washing out.
  • NewYour dashboard's Mythic+ card now leads with your current score in its season tier color, your change since the weekly reset, a season score graph, and your position on the guild leaderboard. Multiple characters get a switcher, and the weekly reset drops to a footnote. The card hides when you have no score yet.

Mythic+ scores for the whole guild

  • ChangedMythic+ scores now sync for every max-level character in your guild, not just the raid roster, so more members show a score without any manual linking.
  • ChangedOn the recruiting side, only recruits still in your pipeline (pending, applied, or trial) keep refreshing their Raider.IO data. Old scores for declined and canceled recruits stop updating and clear themselves out.

Weekly digest fixes

  • ChangedThe weekly digest now lines up with the raid week. It runs after your region's raid reset (Tuesday for US, Wednesday for EU) and covers the reset-to-reset week that just closed, instead of a calendar Monday-to-Sunday. A digest that got written part-way through a week now regenerates itself once that week actually ends, so a stuck guild heals on its own.
  • ChangedThe weekly digest now groups alts under their main. If someone raids on more than one character, their parses, loot, and attendance count as one person (shown under their main's name), so Top Performers and Most Improved compare people rather than characters, and a main is no longer flagged absent when they raided on an alt.
  • FixedThe weekly digest's Top Performers no longer goes blank on a one-kill week. It now asks for as many kills as your best raider logged that week, so a single-kill week still lists your top parses, and a week with no kills at all says so plainly instead of showing an empty panel.

Dashboard accuracy fixes

  • FixedThe dashboard Survival tile now counts pre-wipe deaths per night instead of every death. On wipe nights everyone dies at the end of each pull, which turned the stat into a wipe counter. It now matches how the weekly digest and Guild Wrapped count deaths, and the Guild Ops raid-night pulse tooltip counts pre-wipe deaths the same way so the two pages agree.
  • FixedThe "need a character linked or your main changed" note on your dashboard characters card had a broken link. It now tells you to ask an officer to link a character or change your main, since those are roster changes officers make.

Check-in composition accuracy and role details

  • FixedCheck-in composition no longer counts a reroll target with no current-tier data on the Current side. Players rerolling for next tier now count under the character they actually raid on today, so the Unknown role bar is gone from Current.
  • NewExpanding a composition role row on the check-in page now lists everyone counted under each bar, Current and Next side by side: committed mains first, then covering players, each with their Main, OS, or Alt badge. A star marks the player's main character, and it stays on the main even when it covers a role via off-spec.

Raider.IO integration

  • NewRaider.IO integration: Mythic+ scores in official colors on the roster and recruit pages, AOTC/Cutting Edge badges, a personal score graph with the 0.1% cutoff line, guild rank and Mythic+ leaderboard on the guild dashboard, and a weekly reset countdown. Data from Raider.IO.

Dashboard chart fixes and check-in note polish

  • FixedThe character switcher and per-boss breakdown on your dashboard raid trend now load again. They were failing to load with a server error.
  • FixedYour dashboard now counts every logged fight when tallying deaths per night and drawing the raid trend. Imported Warcraft Logs fights that were missing their raid zone used to be skipped, so survival stats and the trend line no longer leave those nights out.
  • ChangedThe small trend sparklines on your dashboard and the Guild Ops stat strip now stretch to fill their tile instead of sitting in a fixed narrow strip.
  • ChangedCheck-in: long member notes in the officer results table now clamp to two lines with a Show more toggle, so a long note no longer stretches the table sideways.

Dashboard extras: boss breakdowns, comp, prep, loot

  • NewYour raid trend chart gained a per-boss breakdown tab: for your selected character, see your best parse, lifetime kills, and whether the boss still drops an upgrade for you, one row per current-tier boss.
  • NewThe Guild Ops dashboard gained a deaths-per-boss tab, so you can see which current-tier bosses are costing your raid the most deaths at a glance.
  • NewNew comp balance module on the Guild Ops dashboard breaks your roster into tanks, healers, melee, and ranged, and a prep panel shows potion and healthstone use per raid night so you can spot who is running dry.
  • NewNew loot distribution panel on the Guild Ops dashboard shows how this tier's loot has been spread across your raiders.

Attendance tracking and personal insight tiles

  • NewYour dashboard now tracks raid attendance. A personal attendance tile shows your attendance percentage and raids attended, synced from WowAudit on each roster sync, and the Guild Ops page gains an attendance distribution showing how your roster splits across 100%, 90-99%, 80-89%, and under 80% bands.
  • NewA new Survival tile on your dashboard shows your deaths per raid night with a trend versus last reset, so a night that improves reads as good.
  • NewA new Vault Prep tile shows your Mythic+ runs this week against the guild minimum, with your recent weekly run history alongside.

Dashboard charts

  • NewYour dashboard now opens with a raid trend chart: average parse per raid night for your selected character, with best/median stats and a character switcher.
  • NewGuild dashboard gained progression pulls-per-boss and raid-night pulse charts, plus sparklines on the stat strip.
  • ChangedCharacters card raid progress and vault are now visual meters, with item level and M+ score trends.

Reliable sign-out

  • FixedSigning out now reliably ends your session, including for members who signed in before guild web addresses existed. Sign-out clears both the current and legacy versions of your session cookie, so you no longer get reloaded still logged in.
  • ChangedThe log out control on the landing page now looks and behaves like a button.

Roster sync claims characters and refreshes ranks

  • FixedCharacters added by a roster sync no longer show as "Not linked" until your next sign-in. They are claimed for your account right away.
  • FixedYour stored guild rank now refreshes from the Battle.net roster on every sync, so promotions and demotions show up without re-picking your guild.

Stale pre-subdomain sign-in cookie cleanup

  • FixedLeftover sign-in cookies from before the guild-address change are now cleaned up automatically. If the site ever confused your old and new sessions, that stops now.

Check-in player-deduped composition bars

  • ChangedCheck-in composition bars now count players instead of characters: solid means committed to the role or class, hatched means players who could cover it, one per player at their cheapest option (OS for an off-spec on the main, Alt for a separate character). A healer main's healer alts no longer inflate backup depth.
  • ChangedCheck-in composition role rows are now expandable like the class rows, listing who can cover the role and how.

Check-in results and composition open to all raiders

  • ChangedCheck-in results and the current-versus-next composition charts are now visible to every raider with check-in access, not just officers. Per-member notes, the not-answered list, and the archive of past rounds stay officer-only.

Check-in class and character picker fixes

  • FixedCheck-in now shows the correct class for your Battle.net alts. Characters synced from Battle.net were sometimes stored as "Unknown" and showed up uncolored in your own plan; they now read their real class.
  • ChangedThe check-in "Add a character" picker now lists all of your high-level characters (within 10 levels of max), not just the ones already on your guild roster. Your characters refresh automatically when you open the page.
  • ChangedThe class picker in the plan editor only appears when a character's class is unknown. Known characters no longer show a "Switch class" button.

Cleaner redirects on expired sessions

  • FixedOpening a page with an expired or signed-out session no longer flashes an application error screen before the login redirect. Every gated page now redirects cleanly to sign in, or to where you belong, instead of crashing mid-load.

Sign-out fix on guild subdomains

  • FixedFixed sign out not working on guild web addresses. Signing out from a guild subdomain now actually ends your session instead of reloading you still logged in, and members who signed in before guild web addresses existed can now sign out cleanly too.

Reliability: tabs left open across updates

  • FixedFixed "action failed" errors in tabs left open across an update. A page you left open while we shipped a new version now keeps working: buttons and forms recover automatically instead of failing, and stale tabs refresh themselves on your next click through the app.

Check-in roster-aware labels, comp roles, and War Room restyle

  • ChangedCheck-in labels now show roster reality: characters not on the current team roster are labeled New Main or New Alt (with the spec change alongside, like "New Alt · Respec") instead of "Same".
  • ChangedCheck-in officer composition no longer shows an Unknown role: new characters are excluded from the Current side, and missing roles resolve from imported Warcraft Logs kill history.
  • ChangedThe Next Tier Check-in page now matches the War Room look used across the app.

Check-in expandable class bars

  • ChangedCheck-in: the composition card's full spec table is gone. The class bars are now expandable, so click a class to see who is playing it next tier with their planned spec and any off-specs.

Check-in spec planning and officer roles view

  • ChangedCheck-in now asks for the spec you plan to play on every character, plus any off-specs you can flex to, instead of a plain keep/change/drop choice. Officers get a roles view (tanks, healers, melee, ranged) and a full spec breakdown alongside the class chart in the composition card, and the "Add a character" picker only lists characters within 10 levels of max.

Guild rank and permission redirects

  • FixedSelecting a guild no longer downgrades your rank when Battle.net data is briefly unavailable. Your officer or admin rank is kept when the roster or character lookup fails, and only changes when we can actually read the guild roster. Members who left or were kicked in-game still drop to the default rank as before.
  • FixedOpening a page you do not have permission to view now routes you smoothly to where you belong, instead of briefly flashing an application error screen.

Recruits Parse column labels the main zone correctly

  • FixedThe recruits list Parse column labels the combined main-raid zone "Main" again instead of a single raid's abbreviation, and its tooltip lists the raids that zone covers.

Smoother guild entry after sign-in

  • FixedEntering a guild right after signing in no longer flashes an error screen or bounces you back to the guild picker. Your first selection now lands on the guild dashboard directly.

Custom address updates your public profile link

  • ChangedGuild profile links now always use the main site address, so a link you copy works no matter which guild address you are on.
  • ChangedSetting a custom guild address now points your public profile link (/g/your-name) at the same name, so both match. If another guild already uses that profile link, your custom address is still saved and the profile link is left as it was.

Per-page view permissions

  • ChangedEvery page now has its own View permission, so officers can tune access per rank on Settings, Permissions. Existing guilds keep the access they have today.

AI permissions you can grant separately

  • ChangedAI access is now split into its own permissions so you can grant each piece on its own. A new "Use AI Chat & Review" permission controls the AI chat and review on combat logs, a new "View Report Cards" permission controls seeing other players' report cards (everyone still sees their own), and running new AI analyses is now properly held behind "Generate Analysis". Ranks that already had analysis access keep AI chat and report cards, so nothing changes for existing guilds until you adjust a rank.

Shareable links and guild web addresses

  • NewShared links now survive sign-in. Open a link to a RaidOps page while signed out and, after you log in and pick a guild, you land on the page you were sent to, query string and all, instead of the dashboard.
  • NewEvery guild now has its own web address. Once it is set up, links you copy or share from inside RaidOps carry your guild, so members who follow them land in the right guild with no picker.
  • NewPaid plans can set a custom guild address (for example liquid.yoursite) under Settings, Public Profile. The permanent address always keeps working so shared links never break, and a custom name stays reserved for your guild even if the plan lapses.

Report deaths fix, gear embellishments, dashboard table

  • FixedLong raid nights no longer lose deaths on later pulls. Warcraft Logs paginates death events on big reports and the importer was silently stopping after the first page, so the last fights of a 25+ pull night (including the kill) showed "No Deaths". Re-import an affected report to fix it.
  • FixedOne-shot wipes now show their deaths. The filter that hides post-wipe-call "give up" deaths was hiding every death on wipes where the raid died all at once.
  • NewThe report Gear tab now shows each player's embellishments: a count toward the cap of 2 with the item names, plus a Missing Embellishments summary card. Pulled from the latest gear sync (Battle.net), since combat logs don't carry embellishment data.
  • ChangedYour dashboard characters now sit in a table with sortable columns for raid progress, item level, Mythic+ score, and the items-to-fix badge. Raid progress shows just your highest cleared difficulty per raid.
  • ChangedThe Guild Ops page is now officers only. Raiders and members land on their personal dashboard instead.
  • ChangedThe next-tier check-in plan editor now starts from your rostered characters. Use "Add a character" to pull in any character from your Battle.net account (name, server, and level shown), so officers only see the alts you actually plan to raid on.
  • ChangedOfficer check-in composition bars now split each class into stacked mains and alts segments, with alts in a more muted shade.

Signup specs and role fixes

  • NewRaid signups can now carry a spec. When you accept a night, on the site or in Discord, you can optionally pick the spec you're bringing, and that sets your role for the night so a hybrid lands in the right Tanks / Healers / DPS group on the Discord signup sheet. It defaults to your character's current spec, so it works with no extra clicks.
  • FixedThe roster's Guild Composition now puts spec-swappers under their real role. A raider who healed on a single fight no longer shows as a healer: the role comes from your WowAudit role when set, otherwise from where most of their kills were played.
  • FixedA report's Healers and DPS split now follows each fight's own role, so a raider who healed on one fight no longer shows up as a healer on fights or reports where they played DPS.
  • FixedOpening a link to a page before you've chosen a guild now sends you to guild selection instead of a blank or wrong guild page.

Recruit active alts

  • NewOfficers can now mark a recruit's auto-captured Battle.net characters as active alts on the recruit page. An active alt counts in the trial scorecard (on the site and in its Discord post) and the AI review, and its Warcraft Logs rankings stay fresh automatically. The recruit list, stats, and the new-applicant Discord posts still cover declared characters only.

Raid scheduling and absences

  • NewBulk raid event creation: pick weekdays, a time, and a date range on the Raid Signups page and the whole schedule is created at once (up to 6 months and 60 events). Officers can also edit an event's title and description from the site.
  • ChangedDiscord signup posts now go out only when an event is within 7 days of starting. Far-future events wait and post automatically when their week arrives, so bulk scheduling never floods your signup channel.
  • ChangedThe absences panel now shows on both roster pages next to Guild Composition, and raiders who declined a raid signup are listed for that night as well, labeled as a declined signup.

Sidebar cleanup

  • ChangedGreat Vault & M+, Gear Compliance, and Boss Coverage now live under a single collapsible Readiness item in the sidebar's Roster section. It opens on its own when you're viewing any of those pages.
  • ChangedThe Teams settings link only appears in the sidebar once your guild has at least one active team. The page is still reachable by its URL, which is where you create your first team.
  • ChangedThe Boss Coverage board's missing-kill highlight and column headers now match the look of the Vault and Compliance boards.

Planner roster and check-in polish

  • ChangedThe Raid Planner bench now starts from your canonical raid roster: the WowAudit roster when a key is linked, with your in-app roster as the fallback.
  • ChangedBuff Check moved into the Raid Planner as a Coverage tab. The old Buff Check page redirects there, and the board still supports raid-event signup rosters.
  • ChangedAdding an out-of-guild character to the planner now asks for their server, so same-named characters from different realms stay distinct.
  • ChangedNext Tier Check-in only offers characters on the raid roster, and the plan editor marks your current main with a Main tag under the star.

Dashboard readiness

  • NewYour dashboard characters now show their Mythic+ score and current-tier raid progress per difficulty, and the gear popover gained a Parses block with your best, median, and average current-tier parse.
  • ChangedThe dashboard Ready check now uses the full gear compliance verdict: missing enchants, empty sockets, low-quality enchants and gems, embellishments below 2, and tier set count all count, with each failing category listed in the popover. The Great Vault line is split into Raid, Mythic+, and World rows.
  • NewNew guild setting: minimum weekly vault Mythic+ slots. When set, members below the minimum show as not ready on their dashboard with an amber Vault M+ line. Off by default.
  • NewReport Cards: officers can click any roster row to open a per-player detail, and every card now carries a compact gear line showing that character's compliance issues.

Reports polish

  • NewReports now name themselves. Every imported report gets a generated title like "Manaforge Omega - 6/8 M, 8/8 H - Jul 15" showing the zone, per-difficulty kill progress, and date, with the original Warcraft Logs title kept underneath. Existing reports are renamed too, and progress-only nights are labeled "Prog".
  • ChangedThe bulk importer now searches for your guild's logs as soon as the page opens (for guilds with a single team or none), so the list is ready without clicking Find Reports. The button still works as a refresh.

Digest fixes

  • FixedThe weekly digest now covers the raid week that just ended. It used to run Monday morning and summarize the week that had only just started, so Monday's digest was built from a nearly empty week.
  • ChangedThe digest's absent list now comes from your WowAudit roster when one is linked, falling back to your in-app roster otherwise, so it only flags people who are actually on the raid roster.

Fixes

  • FixedYour dashboard now shows your main plus your other characters in the guild. It finds them through your account's identity links instead of requiring a manual character link, so the characters card is no longer empty for most people.
  • FixedImporting a large report (a long raid night with lots of fights) no longer fails partway with a database timeout. Big imports get more time to finish.
  • FixedRecruiting application sync no longer breaks on WowAudit's new realm format. Applications with the updated data shape sync in again instead of silently failing every background run.

Next tier check-in

  • NewNew Next Tier Check-in page under Roster: officers open a "what are you playing next tier?" round and every member answers per character. One click says nothing changes for you, or plan character by character with keep, change, or drop, class and spec pickers, planned new characters, and exactly one main. Officers see who has answered and who hasn't, a current-versus-next class composition view, and an archive of past rounds. Your answer stays editable until the round closes.

The dashboard is now about you

  • NewYour dashboard is now a personal home page. See each of your characters with an items-to-fix badge and a breakdown of enchants, gems, sockets, Great Vault progress, and weekly keys, plus a short list of what your guild needs from you. Reply Present, Absent, Tentative, or Late to upcoming raid nights right from the page, and mark the nights you'll be away with the new Time away picker. Replies and time away update your guild's Discord automatically and need a linked Discord account; the page shows a Link Discord button if you haven't connected one yet.
  • ChangedThe old guild stats dashboard (reports imported, players tracked, recent reports, recruit pipeline, quick actions) moved to a new Guild Ops page for officers, reachable from the sidebar.

You can see your syncs now

  • ChangedLong-running syncs show a clear overlay while they work. Recruit rankings syncs, roster syncs, the trial scorecard refresh, and report imports tell you what is happening, batch syncs count their progress, and you can close the overlay and keep browsing. The page still refreshes on its own when the sync finishes.

Smarter trial scorecards

  • ChangedTrial scorecards grade survival in two parts now. Kill Survival counts deaths on kill pulls from your imported logs, and Wipe Survival looks at how early a trial dies on wipes: only the first five deaths before the wipe call count, and dying first weighs the most. Occasional deaths barely move the score, while chronic early deaths sink it. Parse still leads at 60% of the score, using synced Warcraft Logs kill parses since the application date, and each category on the scorecard explains what it measures.

Readable class colors and a War Room sign-in

  • FixedClass colors now adapt to your theme. Priest, Rogue, Monk, and other pale class names are readable on the light theme everywhere: rosters, report tables, parse rankings, planners, and charts. Toggling back to dark restores the full Blizzard class colors.
  • ChangedThe sign-in page now matches the RaidOps console look, links back to the home page, and tells you when you're being sent back to where you left off.
  • ChangedRaidOps now defaults to the dark console theme for logged-out visitors. Your saved theme choice always wins.
  • FixedThe Raid Planner and Cooldowns pages keep their header and tabs before any setup exists, so you can always navigate away. The Cooldowns raid picker now shows full raid names instead of abbreviations.
  • ChangedThe analysis builder got the War Room treatment, and the raid event start-time picker now matches the console look.
  • FixedAPI & Sync is more honest: sync rows say "Next run in ..." and gray out when their integration isn't set up, the AI provider status states one truth, and the legacy Discord webhook field points you at the Discord bot settings.
  • ChangedRenames and cleanup: the loot Upgrade History tab is now called Wishlist History, the WowAudit roster page is named for what it shows, and legacy combat-log player aliases moved under the Identity Manager.
  • FixedSmall polish across the app: tidier copy on the Deaths tab, Report Cards, and Public Profile, no more text-selection artifact on recruiting status pills, and the landing page prints and loads correctly without JavaScript.

Data pages tell the truth about their data

  • FixedThe Great Vault, Gear Compliance, Buff Check, and Attendance pages now agree on where your roster comes from. Each page says whether it is showing your WowAudit team roster or max-level Battle.net characters, and an empty page names the specific missing piece (no WowAudit key, roster not synced yet, or audit data not captured yet) with the last roster sync time and a button to API & Sync.
  • FixedAttendance no longer paints the whole roster red at 0% when no boss kills exist. With zero kills you get a clear prompt to import a report, and a note says how many imported reports are from previous tiers and excluded. Attendance also moved to the Performance section in the sidebar.
  • ChangedLoot rankings flag stale data with an amber badge when the source report is more than 4 weeks old or from a previous tier, the first boss is preselected, and the placeholder History and Analytics tabs are gone until decision recording ships.
  • ChangedThe Weekly Digest owns up to its age: old digests wear a "Generated N weeks ago" badge, sections name the actual week they cover, the Absent list hides when there were no raid nights, and large Roster Gap lists collapse to an expandable summary.
  • NewGuild Wrapped says how many raids this tier feed the recap before you hit Generate, with a pointer to import reports when there are none.

Onboarding and the raider dashboard

  • NewNew Getting Started checklist on the dashboard walks new guilds through setup: import a report, sync the roster, connect WowAudit, add an AI key, review rank permissions, and link Discord. Each step checks itself off as you complete it, and you can dismiss the card once you're rolling.
  • NewThe dashboard now has a raider view. If you don't manage the guild, you see your own parse average next to the guild's, your latest report card, the next scheduled raid, and recent guild kills. Quick actions only show pages you can actually open, for every rank.
  • ChangedEvery "Settings → X" mention across the app is now a real link that takes you there instead of leaving you to hunt through the sidebar.
  • ChangedEmpty pages now tell you what to do next: Recruiting explains how recruits arrive and offers an Add button, Combat Logs puts Upload inside the empty state, the analysis builder links to API settings when no AI key is set, and the Weekly Digest points you at importing reports when there is nothing to digest.

Import feedback, safer imports, and a report night overview

  • NewReport pages now open on the night's first kill and include a Night Overview: per-boss pulls, kills, wipes, and best pull, one click from any boss's key fight. Pick "Night overview" in the fight dropdown to get back to it.
  • ChangedImporting a report now tells you what's happening while it runs and the result sticks around: a success line with fight and snapshot counts stays until you dismiss it, the new report is highlighted in the list (expanding Previous Tiers when it lands there), and failures show a clear inline message instead of a vanishing toast.
  • FixedAn import that fails partway no longer leaves a broken half-imported report behind. Reports with no fight data from older failed imports now say so and offer officers a one-click Re-import.
  • FixedStarting the same report import twice at once (a double click, or two officers at the same moment) no longer races. The second attempt stops with a clear "already being imported" message.
  • FixedImport, sync, loot, and analysis errors no longer show raw internal details. You get a plain-language message instead.

New guilds work out of the box

  • NewNew guilds now work out of the box. Officer ranks (1-2) start with management access, raider ranks (3-5) can view rosters, analysis, loot, splits, and combat logs, and everyone can see the roster. This also applies to existing guilds for any rank that was never configured on the permissions page. Customized ranks keep their configured permissions.
  • ChangedPermission denials now behave one way everywhere: gated pages send you to the access denied page. The splits page is now gated on its view permission.
  • ChangedVisiting /settings now takes you to API & Sync. Old bulk import links land on the Bulk Import tab.
  • FixedLoot Council now shows a setup card pointing at API & Sync when WowAudit isn't connected, instead of an error.

Boss kill coverage board

  • NewNew Boss Coverage page under Roster shows every raider's characters and which current-tier bosses each one has killed, grouped by player. Bosses your guild has killed that a character is still missing are highlighted, so planning splits and reclears takes one glance instead of an armory crawl. Toggle Normal, Heroic, and Mythic and filter to just the gaps. Kill data comes from Battle.net and updates with the gear audit sync.

Cooldown planner: precise drag, mobile view, real starter timelines

  • ChangedThe Cooldown planner is smoother and reads on any screen. Dragging a cooldown now drops it exactly where you release it, even with the timeline scrolled sideways or the browser zoomed. On phones the planner opens as a clean read-only list grouped by role, with the boss timeline and phases inline, so raiders can check their assignments and export the note on the go. And the starter boss timelines shown before your guild has enough of its own pulls are now built from real Mythic logs instead of rough placeholders.

Write your own guild profile

  • NewThe public guild profile now has an About section you write yourself: a recruiting blurb, a list of contacts (like your Discord handle), and links (Discord invite, website, Twitch, YouTube). Set it up under Settings → Public Profile. The blurb shows as plain text with your line breaks kept, links open in a new tab, and the first line of your blurb also appears on the share preview card.

Chart and graph fixes across the app

  • ChangedReworked the roster member Performance Trends chart. Parse dots are no longer connected across different bosses (each boss now has its own color), so a jump between two encounters no longer looks like a real trend. Pick a single boss to get a dashed trendline plus a moving average of that boss's parses, and a new Parse % / Output toggle switches the chart between parse percentile and raw output (DPS or HPS).
  • FixedBars that were rendering empty now fill in correctly: the Death Analysis board's Killing Abilities bars and the class and spec breakdown bars on the roster view.
  • FixedCharts on the public analysis page were hard to read in light theme. Axis lines and labels now follow the page theme, so they stay legible in both light and dark. Item level chart date labels that could show the wrong day in some timezones now follow your local date.
  • FixedThe Super Admin error charts were rendering invisible bars (a color formatting bug). They now display correctly.

Guild Wrapped and report card extras

  • NewGuild Wrapped is more shareable. Recaps now surface a nemesis-ability stat (which raider died to the same ability the most, like "Xyz died to Void Crash 11 times"), and when your guild has an AI provider key set, a short AI-written season recap paragraph at the top of the page. Weekly report cards gain an optional one-line AI blurb per raider, shown on your own card and the roster member panel. Sharing a public Wrapped link now renders a branded preview image with your headline stats; draft recaps stay private and show a generic image. Guilds with no AI key simply skip the written blurbs.

Death Board flags avoidable damage

  • NewThe Death Analysis board now marks deaths from avoidable damage. Matrix cells holding an avoidable death are ringed in amber (hover to see which ability), the killing-ability leaderboard tags avoidable abilities, and a new summary stat shows how many of the current selection's deaths, and what share, came from avoidable damage. It reads your already-imported logs and uses no extra Warcraft Logs quota. A death stays unflagged when its ability is not yet on the avoidable list, so unflagged never means "unavoidable".

Public profile is better to share

  • NewYour public guild profile is nicer to share now. Pasting the link shows a preview card with your guild name, faction, realm, and current-tier progress. The page can also link to your most recent published Guild Wrapped (a new opt-in section, on by default), and it uses the same theme you picked for your apply page instead of a fixed one.

Polish pass on the newer Beta surfaces

  • ChangedThe newer Beta pages got a round of polish. Report Cards, Death Board, Guild Wrapped, Great Vault, Gear Compliance, and Buff Check now show a loading skeleton that matches the page while data loads, and a clear error card if a load fails instead of a bare line of text. The Great Vault and Buff Check tables read properly on mobile now, the combat log detail tabs scroll on small screens, and the log upload dialog shows your plan's actual file-size limit. Renaming or deleting a cooldown plan, and unlinking a Discord server, now use styled confirmation dialogs instead of browser pop-ups.

Great Vault is free, Guild Wrapped joins Plus

  • ChangedThe Great Vault & Mythic+ tracker is now on the Free plan for every guild. Guild Wrapped is now included from the Plus plan (it used to need Pro). Paid plans still refresh your vault and roster data more often.

Clearer combat log upload feedback

  • ChangedUploading a raw combat log tells you a lot more about what happened. The progress bar now tracks how much of the file has actually been read instead of guessing from a line count. If some lines can't be parsed, the log shows an amber note saying how many, on both the log card and the detail page, so a partly-readable log isn't mistaken for a clean one. Logs from an unsupported client version fail with a plain explanation instead of quietly parsing against the wrong field layout. An upload whose worker restarted mid-parse no longer spins forever, it flips to a failed state you can retry with Reparse. And healing totals are now effective healing, with overheal subtracted, instead of inflated numbers.

Per-night absence notes and a tidier Roster layout

  • ChangedThe Roster page now puts your roster and the upcoming absences side by side, with the absences panel rebuilt to match the rest of the console instead of looking bolted on. Absence notes are now kept per raid night rather than one shared note, and you can add or edit a night's note right from the Discord board post. The Edit note button figures out which night you mean: it prefills the note when you're out on a single night, or asks you to pick the night first when you're out on several.

Absences board is easier to use

  • ChangedMarking yourself out no longer needs a linked account. Anyone in your Discord server can do it. The night picker gained a Confirm button so a stray tap doesn't submit an absence, and notes can be edited after you save them (the button reads Add note or Edit note to match). Officers can now add an absence for anyone in the server from the Roster page instead of only linked members, by searching your Discord roster. Behind the scenes the absences settings moved into their own section on the Discord page, the Roster page's absences panel now sits in its own column, and the board redraws itself whenever the bot restarts.

Absences board: mark yourself out from Discord

  • NewNew Absences board lets raiders mark themselves out for upcoming raid nights straight from Discord, with a persistent board post showing who's out for each night. Raid nights come from your weekly schedule (Settings → Discord) and any scheduled events. Officers get an "Upcoming absences" panel on the Roster page to add or remove absences for linked members, and can set them with the /absence command too. The board refreshes automatically whenever an absence changes.

Split payouts for players outside the guild

  • NewSplit payouts now work smoothly for trials and anyone else who hasn't joined the guild yet. Officers can search the whole Discord server when logging a payout on the site. After a recipient connects their Discord, the Connect Discord page lists their pending payouts with a confirm button, so nobody has to go back and press the Discord button again. And a per-payout skip-link option lets an officer allow confirmation straight from Discord with no account linking required.

Platform API keys and season settings are editable in Super Admin

  • NewNew Super Admin → Platform APIs page: the platform owner can now edit the Warcraft Logs API credentials and the Battle.net region at runtime, and the Current Tier page gained a Season section (max character level, roster-sync minimum level, expansion code, healing potion spell IDs). Environment variables keep working as the fallback defaults, so existing deploys need no changes.

Current raid tier is editable in Super Admin

  • NewNew Super Admin → Current Tier page: the platform owner can now edit the current-tier raid list (with per-raid enable toggles), zone-name tokens, the tier label, and WowAudit instance IDs at runtime. Changes apply everywhere within a minute, with no redeploy needed.

Recruit and roster fixes

  • FixedThe New Applicant Discord post now respects your guild's parse-difficulty setting. Heroic-only applicants show their Heroic progress and parses (marked with an H) instead of reading as "no logs", and Heroic-only alts are no longer dropped from the table.
  • FixedThe roster header count and empty state now follow the search box: searching shows how many members match, and an empty result says no members match your search instead of blaming hidden characters.
  • FixedClosed a data-isolation gap where two guilds importing the same Warcraft Logs report could see each other's per-fight performance rows.

Applicant discussion threads and auto AI evaluations

  • NewApplicant Discord posts now open a discussion thread automatically, seeded with the applicant's characters, specs, and WCL/Raider.io/Armory links.
  • NewA new Settings → Discord toggle auto-runs the AI evaluation for new applicants and posts it in their discussion thread. Re-running an evaluation updates the posted version in place.
  • ChangedTrial scorecards now post into the applicant's discussion thread when one exists, falling back to the configured channel.

Pick Discord channels by name

  • ChangedDiscord channel settings are now searchable dropdowns listing your server's channels by name, grouped by category, instead of raw channel ID boxes. Manual ID entry stays available as a fallback.

Recruit AI sees every Mythic parse and every role

  • ChangedRecruit AI reviews now always see every character's Mythic parses and both roles. A healer/DPS dual-spec character no longer collapses to a single line, and an alt's Mythic kills are never dropped in favor of a newer heroic tier. Current-tier raids are labeled for the AI, so reviews credit current Mythic experience on alts and stop fixating on old expansions or tiers as if they were current content. Reviews also now name the difficulty whenever they cite a parse, so a weak Heroic showing from an old tier is not mistaken for a Mythic one.

See an applicant's other max-level characters

  • NewApplications now capture every other max-level character on the applicant's Battle.net account. Officers see them in a read-only section on the recruit page with automatically synced Warcraft Logs rankings. Scores and Discord posts still use only the declared main and alts.
  • FixedDeleting a recruit no longer deletes roster characters that were linked to the application. They are unlinked instead, so a returning member's characters and history stay on the roster.

AI knows farm from progression

  • ChangedAI raid analysis now knows how many times your guild has ever killed each boss (its "observed kills"). A farm boss you one-shot isn't mistaken for hard progression, and a hard-won first kill isn't graded like a farm night. The weekly digest reads the same signal. Built from the kills already in your imported reports.

Plainer language across the app

  • ChangedHelper text, page descriptions, empty states, and messages across RaidOps were rewritten to be shorter and more direct, with the wordiest settings pages trimmed the most.
  • NewYou can now log out from the landing page when you're signed in.
  • ChangedThe RaidOps wordmark now reads "Command Console", and the logo on a shared analysis page takes you to your dashboard when you're signed in instead of the marketing page.

AI knows if a death actually cut your kill short

  • ChangedAI raid analysis now sees whether a low kill-parse was cut short by a death on that kill, and when the death landed (e.g. "died 1:18 of 5:24, alive 24%"), instead of guessing from your all-pulls death rate, which is mostly wipes and says nothing about the kill. A player who survived the kill with a low parse is genuine low output. One who died early is the death, not a bad rotation. A death in the final seconds barely counts, and a battle-rez is recognized as playing on. Built from your Warcraft Logs death timings. Reports imported before this feature show "time unknown" and fall back to the previous behavior.

AI reads a parse as the kill, not the night

  • ChangedAI raid analysis now understands a parse only comes from kill pulls. A wipe produces no parse at all. A boss you killed once is judged on that single kill, never averaged against the night's wipes, so a low parse is read as low output on the kill rather than "death-shortened" by a high wipe death rate. Player performance lines now show how many kills each parse is based on, so a one-kill parse is treated as the small, noisy sample it is. The same fix applies to the in-app combat-log chat.

Fairer AI: deaths and progression

  • ChangedAI raid analysis no longer double-blames deaths. A death cuts your damage and healing short, so a low parse that comes with a death is now read as the death, not a bad rotation, and a single death isn't counted twice (once as a parse problem and again as a death). Parses are treated as kills-only, kept separate from your all-pulls death rate. A genuinely low-output player who didn't die is still called out.
  • ChangedAI analysis stops grading a boss kill by its pull count. Progression kills naturally take anywhere from tens to hundreds of attempts, so a fresh kill is no longer called "too slow," and gray parses on progression aren't flagged as fundamentals problems. This applies across report analysis, the in-app combat-log chat, and the weekly digest.

Wipe deaths don't count against you

  • FixedDeaths after a wipe is called (intentional give-ups) no longer count against players in AI analysis, report cards, guild wrapped, and the report Deaths tab. Only real pre-wipe deaths are counted.

Combat-log chat reads your log directly

  • ChangedCombat-log AI chat now reads your log directly on the server: questions about deaths are answered from the actual 5-second death recaps (biggest hits, absorbs, overkill), and player lines include damage taken and absorbs, so "why did X die?" gets a real answer instead of just a killing-blow name.
  • ChangedChat is faster on big logs and can't be fed doctored numbers: the browser no longer uploads a bulky per-pull data matrix with every question. It sends only what you asked, and the server does the math.

Smarter, safer AI analysis

  • ChangedAI analysis across the site got a major prompt overhaul: fight analyses now see real death order, avoidable damage, item level and active time instead of guessing, and every AI surface is hardened against prompt-injection from log data.
  • ChangedAI coaching tips are now evidence-based. Each tip cites the actual avoidable mechanics you stood in, your real interrupt count, and a 5-second death recap (biggest hits, absorbs, killing blow), written directly to the player so officers can paste it as-is.
  • ChangedRecruit AI reviews are now difficulty-aware (mythic and heroic parses are no longer compared flat), cap their input to your most recent content, and factor in officer trial votes. "Gear Readiness" became "Progression Readiness", an honest verdict grounded in kill depth per difficulty.
  • ChangedThe weekly digest now leads with boss progress, including first-kill callouts for the bosses you downed for the first time this week.
  • ChangedRemoved two dead AI endpoints (streaming fight analysis and the full-report summary). The report summary could blow past the AI context window on long raid nights. A rebuilt, well-capped session summary is tracked separately.

The honesty patch

  • FixedA full-site audit fixed 143 places where RaidOps was confusing or just wrong. Labels now match what the numbers count, empty states point at things that exist, and buttons no longer claim success for actions that didn't happen.
  • FixedDiscord report deliveries that fail (deleted channel, plan gate) now show up in Settings → Discord's "Failed deliveries" panel instead of vanishing. Every channel field has a Send-test button that verifies the channel belongs to your linked server.
  • FixedWeekly digest Top Performers and Most Improved now populate for imported reports, and the buff & comp check counts your actual roster instead of every Battle.net guild member including alts.
  • Changed"View Recruits" is now truly view-only: recruit changes need the Manage Recruits permission. The recruit "Add to Roster" button (which never did anything) was removed, since accepted recruits join the roster automatically via roster sync.
  • ChangedDeleting a WCL raid team now asks for confirmation and says exactly what goes with it. The default team is protected. Paid-plan changes for subscribed guilds go through Stripe's portal, so you can't accidentally start a second subscription.
  • ChangedThe landing page and pricing now describe exactly what ships (quotas in WCL points, per-plan feature gates disclosed), and tools included in a paid plan say "Included with <Plan>" instead of "Coming soon".
  • NewBulk import lists which reports failed so you can retry them. Raid events and split payouts tell you up front when no Discord channel is configured. The dashboard's R/A/L keyboard shortcuts now work.

Bring your own AI

  • NewRaidOps now supports Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Z.ai alongside Google Gemini. Pick your provider and model in Settings → API Keys. The model list loads live from your provider once a key is saved, and existing Gemini setups keep working with no changes.
  • ChangedThe combat-log chat Fast/Deep model picker was removed. Chat now uses the same provider and model as every other AI surface.

Discord embed refresh

  • ChangedDiscord report embeds got a refresh: parse numbers now carry a WCL-colored tier emoji, and every reporting post links back to its RaidOps page (report card, roster summary, gear compliance, and trial scorecard). Embeds show a native posted-at timestamp, gear-compliance offenders render in a compact grid, and the roster-summary table was rebuilt to the mobile-proven recruit-table width.
  • NewReport-card DMs now include a one-line hint on how to opt out (RaidOps → Account).
  • ChangedDiscord raid signup sheets now break the footer down by status (accepted · tentative · late · declined), and the splits ledger shows when each payout was logged plus totals the listed member/guild cuts.
  • Changed`/comp post` embeds now show when they were posted and link to the raid planner, so a stale comp is obvious.

Trial voting from Discord

  • NewOfficers can now cast their trial council vote (Promote / Extend / Cut) directly on the scorecard Discord post. The tally updates live whether the vote comes from Discord or the website, and the buttons lock once the recruit is accepted or declined.
  • NewThe Discord trial scorecard now shows a "Trial length" field: how many days the recruit has been on trial.

Gear Compliance Discord fix

  • FixedPosting Gear Compliance to Discord now respects the roster scope (team vs guild) you have selected on the board. Previously the embed always covered the whole guild.

Trial scorecard rework

  • ChangedTrial scorecards reworked: the score is now Parse (70%) + Survival (30%). Progression and Consistency were removed because they could be gamed and weren't meaningful yet. Parse is a fresh Warcraft Logs pull averaging all of the trial's kill parses since their application date, and Survival now ignores wipe pulls.
  • NewThe trial scorecard panel now has a "Refresh from WCL" button, and opening a scorecard automatically pulls fresh Warcraft Logs data when the recruit's last sync is more than 6 hours old.

Report cards to Discord

  • NewPlayer report cards can now be posted to a Discord channel: post a roster-wide summary from the Report Cards page, or a single player's card from their roster page (uses the Player Report Cards channel from Settings → Discord).
  • NewClicking a raider's name on the Report Cards roster summary now opens their roster page, which shows their current week's card.

Weekly report scheduling

  • NewPlayer report cards and gear compliance can now be scheduled to auto-post weekly. Pick a day and time per team, in your guild's timezone, under Settings → Discord. Scheduled report cards DM players as usual and also post the roster summary to the configured channel.
  • FixedThe Report Cards page now shows your actual configured schedule (or that none is set) instead of claiming cards are generated automatically each week.

Admin access hardening

  • ChangedTightened platform-admin access: the internal super-admin account page is no longer shown in guild settings. Creating and managing super-admin logins is now handled by the site operator directly. Your guild's ranks and permissions are unaffected.

Roster fixes

  • FixedWowAudit team-roster members who aren't in your Battle.net guild (e.g. trials) now show their WCL parses on the roster instead of "no logs", and refreshing their rankings no longer errors.

Subscriptions & billing

  • NewNew Billing page (Settings → Billing) lets guild managers subscribe to a paid plan, switch tiers, and manage or cancel through Stripe's secure checkout and billing portal. Card details never touch RaidOps. Gated behind a new "Manage billing" permission (Guild Master by default).
  • NewThe Billing page shows your guild's current-month Warcraft Logs usage against your plan's monthly limit, with the date it resets.
  • NewWarcraft Logs usage now counts against a monthly limit based on your plan. If your guild reaches the limit, new report imports pause with an upgrade prompt and background syncs skip cleanly until the limit resets at the start of the next month. Higher plans get more headroom.

Great Vault & Gear Compliance upgrades

  • NewThe Great Vault tracker now has sortable columns, upgrade-track coloring (Adventurer through Myth), and weekly history you can browse by reset week.
  • FixedGear Compliance now detects embellishments correctly. It was showing 0/2 for everyone regardless of their actual gear.
  • NewGear Compliance now has sortable columns too.
  • ChangedThe Great Vault and Gear Compliance pages now have a guild/team roster picker, moved up beside the search bar. Both default to your team's roster.

Death Board upgrades

  • ChangedThe Death Analysis board now automatically hides deaths from wiped pulls, so you're looking at the deaths that mattered.
  • NewDeaths now show the killing ability, you can pick several reports at once (each labeled with its date), and a resolution slider (5–30s) controls how deaths are grouped over time.

Identity Manager improvements

  • FixedCharacter-to-player linking is more reliable now. It matches on a canonical realm name, so characters no longer slip through on realm-name mismatches.
  • ChangedThe Identity Manager now lists all of your guild's members, and a new duplicate-finder helps you spot the same player entered twice.

Confirm your raid signup character

  • FixedSigning up for a Discord raid no longer dead-ends at the character dropdown. A one-tap "Sign up as {your main}" button lets you confirm your pick.

Settings & navigation cleanup

  • NewNew Discord Reports settings let you send each type of report to its own Discord channel, with a toggle to DM player report cards instead. Every report flows through one shared delivery pipeline.
  • NewRaid recaps can now be posted straight to Discord. Send the AI-written recap of your raid night to a channel.
  • NewNew Death Analysis board breaks your raid's deaths into a per-player matrix by ability and time, built from your Warcraft Logs data, so you can see who's dying to what.
  • NewThe dashboard now shows per-player weekly report cards summarizing each raider's week, and raiders can opt in to receive their card as a Discord DM.
  • NewNew Gear Compliance report shows a roster grid of missing enchants and gems at a glance, and can be delivered to Discord.
  • ChangedDiscord report delivery now follows each report's own plan. Raid Recap and Player Report Cards deliver on Free, Gear Compliance / Trial Scorecard / Buff Check need Plus, and Guild Wrapped needs Plus. Delivery is no longer gated behind Plus as a whole.

Roster & recruiting insights

  • NewNew Great Vault & Mythic+ tracker shows each raider's current Great Vault progress and their Mythic+ runs for the week at a glance.
  • NewNew pre-raid buff & comp check: before you pull, see your roster's coverage of raid buffs, Bloodlust/Heroism, battle rez, and overall comp balance.
  • NewTrials now get an automatic scorecard on their recruit page: a computed trial score, a suggested verdict, and a council vote so officers can weigh in and decide together.

Share your progress

  • NewYou can now turn on a public guild profile, an opt-in page at /g/<your-slug> that shows your guild's raid progress and parses to the world. Off by default.
  • NewNew Guild Wrapped, a shareable season recap of your guild's highlights at /wrapped/<id> that you can post to Discord.

Export cooldown plans to MRT

  • NewYou can now export a cooldown plan as an in-game note in NSRT or MRT format and copy it straight into the addon, so your raid sees their assignments on the boss timers.

Apply page redesign

  • ChangedThe public apply page has a new look: a cleaner, console-style layout across sign-in, the form, and your submitted application. Guilds now pick from curated light/dark theme presets instead of setting individual colors.

Loading screens match the new look

  • ChangedLoading screens across the app now match the War Room interface (sharp, console-style placeholders that mirror the page you're opening, with a subtle sweep) instead of the old plain grey blocks. Pages no longer flash a mismatched skeleton before they finish loading.

Discord invite after applying

  • NewAfter an applicant submits their application, the apply page now shows a prominent "Join our Discord" button so they know to hop into your server while they wait. It only appears when you've set a Discord link on the apply page.

Your account hub

  • NewThe account page (avatar menu → "Account Settings") now shows your profile, the guilds you belong to with a one-click switch, and your Battle.net characters.
  • NewConnect or disconnect your Discord account directly from the account page.
  • NewA new Privacy & Data section lets you download a copy of your personal data or permanently delete your account.
  • ChangedYour weekly-digest preference now saves to your account, so it follows you across devices instead of living only in this browser.

Boss timelines from your own logs

  • NewThe cooldown planner's boss track can now build an "expected" boss-ability timeline from your guild's own logged pulls (median cast timing across your kills and wipes), so you plan against what actually happens on your pulls. Use "Refresh from logs" to (re-)derive it, and a nudge appears when newer pulls are available. Before you have enough pulls it falls back to a curated approximate timeline, and an auto-shown timeline is never saved over your own boss casts until you load or edit it.
  • ChangedCreating a cooldown plan now picks the boss from your synced raid tiers and fills in the WCL encounter ID automatically. No more typing it by hand. (The raid tier needs to be synced in Super Admin → Zones first.)

Teams Roster shows everyone

  • FixedTeams Roster now shows your full WowAudit roster. Trials and members who aren't in your Battle.net guild (and anyone on a multi-word realm like "Twisting Nether") were being silently dropped. They now appear, marked "Not in guild" where there's no guild rank.
  • ChangedSimplified the roster show/hide: the "Hide unranked" toggle and the "Show hidden characters" button now control the same thing. The Teams Roster drops the redundant toggle and keeps just the button.
  • NewClicking a roster member who isn't in your Battle.net guild (like a trial) now opens their detail page with parses and rankings, instead of a "not found" error.

Per-guild privacy, sync reliability & polish

  • FixedRecruit pages (details, characters, chat, and stats) are now scoped to your own guild, closing cross-guild access leaks.
  • FixedPublic analysis pages no longer expose other guilds' player names.
  • FixedThe Identity Manager now only shows your own guild's characters and players.
  • FixedRoster ranking syncs run automatically on schedule again.
  • FixedRecruit log and stats syncs are no longer blocked by a missing WowAudit key.
  • FixedBackground jobs interrupted by a restart now recover instead of getting stuck as "running".
  • FixedForce-sync now uses the team whose row you clicked, not the last-selected team.
  • FixedGuilds with no team can enter API keys again.
  • ChangedBulk report import drops the redundant team selector. It uses your selected team and loads the reports list automatically.
  • ChangedCombat log uploads are now rate-limited.
  • ChangedDeleting a guild now requires typing its name to confirm.
  • ChangedClass colors are consistent across loot, roster, recruiting, logs, and analysis.
  • ChangedEmpty states and error cards are consistent, with a "Try again" action on failures.

Discord lookup & comp commands

  • New/character in Discord: look up any roster character's current-tier parses, item level, and role, with autocomplete. /recruit (officers): pull up an applicant's full card without leaving Discord.
  • New/comp post (officers): publish a raid-planner setup straight into a Discord channel, grouped exactly like your planner columns.

Raid signups in Discord

  • NewRaid signups: officers create events with /raid create (or from the new Raid Signups page on the site) and the bot posts a signup message. Raiders click Accept / Decline / Tentative / Late, and the bot detects which character you're signing up with from your linked account. The roster updates live, grouped by role.
  • NewRaid reminders: members who haven't responded get a DM a configurable number of hours before raid start (Settings → Discord, or /setup reminders).
  • NewGuild timezone: set it with /setup timezone (or on Settings → Discord) so /raid create times are interpreted in your guild's local time. Discord shows everyone the time in their own timezone automatically.

Applicants in Discord

  • NewApplicant posts via the bot: new applications now post to your configured applicant channel with Accept / Decline / Discuss buttons. Officers can decide right from Discord, and the recruit's status updates on the site instantly. Guilds using only a webhook keep getting webhook posts.
  • NewApplicant join handling: when an applicant joins your Discord server, the bot nicknames them after their main character, notes the join on their recruit page, and pings your officer channel with a link.
  • FixedApplicant notifications no longer show an empty progress table. Current-tier parses and boss kills now display correctly.

RaidOps Discord bot

  • NewDiscord bot: invite the RaidOps bot to your guild's Discord from Settings → Discord. The server links to your guild automatically. Configure which channels the bot uses (applicants, signups, officer alerts) from the dashboard or with /setup in Discord.
  • NewDiscord account linking: connect your Discord to your RaidOps account (Settings → Discord link, or the prompt the bot shows you). Linking is how the bot verifies your characters and permissions for upcoming features like raid signups and applicant review buttons.

In-house guild applications

  • NewIn-house guild applications: share a public apply link. Applicants log in with Battle.net, pick their characters, and submit. Applications show up in Recruiting alongside WowAudit imports. Officers customize the intro/confirmation text, custom questions, and external links from Recruiting → Application settings.

Recruiting, planner & settings improvements

  • NewAuto-Identity: signing in now automatically links your characters into one identity (main + alts) per guild. The main is picked by highest rank, then most log appearances. You can set or change the main on the Identity page.
  • NewRaid planner bench filter: filter the bench by guild rank and hide alts so each player shows only once. Filtering never changes who's already on the roster.
  • ChangedRaid planner now flags a boss in red when two or more characters of the same player (linked via Identity) are selected for it.
  • NewDiscord webhook alerts for new recruits: when an applicant with synced logs is detected, officers get a Discord message with their main-character mythic parses per tier, other characters with logs, and a link straight to the recruit page.
  • ChangedNew recruits now have their logs synced instantly on detection instead of waiting for the next scheduled sync.
  • FixedThe Teams Roster "Sync from WowAudit" button now works for any officer with roster-management permission, not just super-admins.
  • ChangedTidied the API settings layout so the API keys card fills the space beside the Teams card.
